What you actually get from a free architecture & security review

NextEra Security

Why we offer this

Most teams know something feels fragile — a deploy that takes too long, a secret that lives in a ticket, a service boundary nobody owns — but they lack a structured second opinion. Our free Architecture & Security Review exists to give you that opinion in writing.

What we look at

We walk the same six areas we publish on the review page:

  1. Architecture & scalability — service boundaries, data model, growth strain
  2. Security posture — auth, secrets, dependencies, common vulnerability classes
  3. Cloud & infrastructure — environments, cost, single points of failure
  4. Delivery & CI/CD — how code reaches production and release risk
  5. Reliability & observability — monitoring, backups, incident readiness
  6. Code quality & maintainability — structure and day-to-day drag

You do not need a full repo dump on day one. A stack summary, a few diagrams or links, and the problems you care about most are enough to start.

Timeline

  • Within 1 business day — we acknowledge the request and confirm scope
  • Typically 3–5 business days — you receive prioritized findings in plain English
  • Optional — a short walkthrough call if you want to discuss the write-up

What you keep

The findings are yours. There is no retainer, no “discovery fee,” and no obligation to hire us afterward. If deeper work is a fit, we will say so plainly and point you to engagement models. If not, you still leave with a clearer picture of risk and quick wins.
