The challenge
Immigration law firms manage document-heavy cases with strict filing requirements and heavy coordination between attorneys, paralegals, clients, and outside parties, spread across shared drives, spreadsheets, email, templates, and separate research tools. That fragmentation makes consistency and visibility hard across many active cases, categories, deadlines, RFEs, and hundreds of supporting documents.
Our approach
We built a multi-tenant platform with organization and law-firm accounts, attorney and staff roles, and client portals, plus an Evidence Vault, an Evidence Classification Engine that explains its reasoning, an Evidence Mapper that ties materials to petition sections, deficiency detection, RFE-response workflows, USCIS policy and regulatory research with citations, immigration-form generation, and final-package preparation.
The outcome
Firms can manage more of the case lifecycle in one controlled platform: organized evidence, earlier warnings on missing documents, repeatable drafting, less duplicate entry, easier client collaboration, and stronger attorney review over AI-assisted content.
