The challenge
Immigration applicants juggle case materials across disconnected folders, spreadsheets, email threads, and manual document reviews. They often don't know which documents support each legal criterion, miss important evidence until late, re-enter the same information repeatedly, and struggle to tell the difference between merely meeting a criterion and presenting a persuasive petition, making case preparation slow, expensive, and hard to track.
Our approach
We delivered a full-stack platform that organizes immigration preparation into defined stages: secure accounts and applicant profiles, resume and evidence uploads, AI-assisted document reading, evidence classification, personalized checklists, eligibility assessments, petition-section mapping, draft generation, scheduling, case-status tracking, and payments. The EB-2 NIW assessment evaluates evidence against the three USCIS NIW prongs, and the EB-1A workflow reviews evidence against the extraordinary-ability criteria.
The outcome
Applicants get a centralized evidence vault, clearer visibility into missing documentation, and a guided workspace that connects each document to the petition sections it supports, turning a complex legal process into manageable steps.
